About the event
Are you ready to overhaul your relationship with food?
Intuitive eating is a compassionate, non-diet approach that invites you to reconnect with your body’s natural cues and build a healthier, more trusting relationship with food.
The ten principles guide you through rejecting diet culture, honouring your hunger, and making peace with food.
In this workshop you’ll learn to
- challenge the food police
- embrace the satisfaction of eating
- and cope with emotions without relying on food.
It also encourages you to respect your body, enjoy movement that feels good, and honour your health through gentle nutrition—all with self-compassion and mindfulness at the core.
Our guest expert host is Hayley Guinness; the founder of Stepping Stones Yoga and Therapy
