Tips to Actually USE Your Membership (Instead of Just Collecting Subscriptions Like Pokémon)


So you joined the membership. Yay! 🎉


But… have you actually used it yet? Or is it sitting in your digital pile of good intentions? No judgment—we've all been there. But let’s fix that. Here’s how to actually use your membership in a way that feels easy, fun, and totally doable (no all-or-nothing energy here!).



1. Even One Thing a Month Is HUGE 🎯


You do not need to binge every single class like it’s a Netflix series. If you pop in for just one class or one tool a month, that’s still massive value. Think about it—if you learn one game-changing thing each month, that’s 12 life-improving tools a year!

Not every class will be a fit for you - don't try to consume all the content!



2. Dopamine Anchor It 🎶✨☕


Make it a vibe. Pair your membership time with something you love:

  • A cozy cup of tea 🍵

  • Candles or fairy lights 🕯️

  • Your fave essential oil 🪻

  • Comfy PJs & a blanket 🛋️

  • A cheeky snack (hello, brain food 🍫) When your brain associates membership time with yum, it’s gonna want more of it.



3. Bite-Sized is the Name of the Game 🍽️


No need to do a whole course at once. Even 10 minutes here and there is golden. Think of it like sneaking spinach into a smoothie—you don’t need a whole bunch to make a difference.



4. You Don’t Even Have to Watch 👀❌


Some things are just as effective if you listen—on a commute, while walking, in the shower. Yep, nervous system regulation while shampooing your hair? Totally a thing.



5. More Isn’t Always More (Minimum Effective Dose FTW) ✅


With somatics, less can actually be more. A few minutes of a practice might be all your body needs to shift states. No need to overdo it.



6. Rewards Work, Even for Adults 🎁


Tell yourself: "If I do a class, I get a fancy coffee." Or a nap. Or whatever tickles your brain’s reward system.



7. Schedule It In (Or Don’t) 🗓️


  • Some people love booking it in like a hot date.

  • Others do better following their flow.

  • Either way is valid. Just know yourself and what works best.



8. Habit Stack Like a Pro 🏗️


  • Breathing tools on the loo 🚽

  • Vagal drills while doing the dishes 🫧

  • Listening to an audio while cooking 🍳 Basically, sneak it into your existing routines like a ninja.



9. Remember Your WHY 💭


Why did you join? To feel more regulated? To reduce anxiety? To break patterns? Keep that reason front and center. Sticky note it to your laptop if needed.



10. Talk to the Part of You That’s Stuck 🤝
